Things to Consider
- Yoga is not just a physical practice, its holistic. You are coming back to your breath and wholeness of yourself. It's a mind, body and spiritual practice.
- It doesn't matter if you will ever touch your forehead to your knee or knee to your forehead. A BIG misconception is that you must be flexible to do yoga, that couldnt be farther from the truth.
- Yoga is best practiced on an empty or light stomach.
- You are guaranteed to feel better in every way after your practice!
